Independent curator, art writer, and academic. She works on public space, urban justice, collective solidarity, social equality, sustainability, and participatory, solidarity-based art ecosystems. She is a member of AICA Turkey, CIMAM, and ICOM, focusing on research-based curatorial projects that explore socio-cultural and social dynamics.
She continues her academic work at Yeditepe University’s Art and Culture Management Program and has been pursuing her doctoral dissertation in the Art History Department, Western Art and Contemporary Art Program at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University since 2019.
Since 2018, she has been the founding consultant of Eldem Art Space, and since 2020, she has served as the art consultant and collection manager for Hitay Foundation and Collection. Additionally, as a consultant to EKSAV Foundation, she conducts research on how art can exist within participatory and solidarity-based structures, developing collaborations with non-profit initiatives and collectives.
In her curatorial practice, she centers interdisciplinary collaborations and collective production processes, organizing exhibitions in various art spaces such as Eldem Art Space, Adas.ist, Casa Botter, Bilsart, and Millî Reasürans Art Gallery. In 2024, she co-curated the 9th Sinop Biennial. She integrates academic research into her curatorial projects by organizing discussion panels and seminar programs and has developed educational activities, including children’s workshops for different age groups.
Between 2023 and 2024, she was a member of Baksı Museum’s Young Management Board, actively contributing to the museum’s exhibition and education programs.
Her art writings are published in ArtDog Istanbul, Sanat Dünyamız, Argonotlar, Oksijen Newspaper, Artfulliving, and Milliyet Sanat, among other print and digital platforms. She produces artist texts, exhibition reviews, and conceptual research for books, catalogs, magazines, and newspapers. She continues her academic, curatorial, and literary work in Istanbul.
